Last week as excitement about the actual Back to the Future date approached its feverish pitch, Toyota allowed fans to once again enjoy Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox together again onscreen.

It’s part of the “Fueled by Everything” campaign which was put together by Droga5, to promote Toyota’s new Mirai which features a variation on hydrogen fuel cell technology that the film predicted way back when.

The ad features a real-life Doc Brown to educate Lloyd and Fox how they can turn trash into fuel for their cars.

Droga5 spared nothing for this campaign –using Marty’s truck in the film, the Huey Lewis and the News song “The Power of Love” and whole bunch of other fun little reminders of a favorite film.
